Davidson's Rooibos Matcha is South African rooibos grounded into a fine red powder with highly concentrated anti-oxidants and yielding a non-bitter taste. Naturally caffeine-free, Rooibos Matcha is a rich, aromatic and flavorful herbal tea, allowing you to consume the whole leaf (grounded into a powder), and hence absorb almost 10 times more anti-oxidants and vitamins than the regular method of drinking rooibos, where the leaves are removed after brewing.
Ingredients (* organic): Rooibos tea* powder.
Brewing Instructions:
Heat fresh filtered water just short of boiling. Add 1 teaspoon of organic matcha rooibos powder to 8 oz. bowl/cup and pour in heated water. Whisk the tea using a tea whisk for about 1-2 minutes appx. until the matcha powder forms into a nice red colored foam, ready to drink. Do not strain any small or tiny matcha powder particles. Enjoy! |
