Return Policy

Notification of damages or non-delivery must be made within 14 days from the order date by contacting us Toll Free 1.800.882.5888 or by email. In the event of non delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the parcel, we will only refund 50% of the original order. A total refund will be issued only if the shipment is as a result of our error. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us Toll Free 1.800.882.5888 or by email, and we will promptly send a replacement item or provide a full refund (customer must preserve packing slip and items ordered without disposing them for verification and call tag purposes).
