Orders to Canada are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
For orders shipping outside of the North American continent (e.g. Europe, Africa and Asia), please submit your order using our International Order & Shipping Request Form. We will review the order, authenticate your recipient information, and contact you with shipping rates. Should you want to proceed with your order, we will request payment details. We ship all international orders by USPS Priority Mail International, and charge USPS rates.
IN-PERSON PICK UP (SEE SPARKS, NV OUTLET STORE ADDRESS IN CONTACT US)
This option is available to anyone who wants to pick up their order from our outlet store in Sparks, NV. Please give us 1 day to process your order. Orders must be picked up within 1 week of placing order. Outlet store is open Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm PST. Orders can be submitted on the website (choose PICK-UP as shipping option), by calling our toll free number or by simply just walking into the outlet store. We charge a small $1.00 handling fee to process PICK-UP orders submitted via the website.
SHIPMENT LOCATION AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
We ship from Sparks, Nevada, via both FedEx and USPS. Shipping times will vary from 3-7 working days, depending on where you live and the time of the year. Shipping times may slow a little during peak seasons. All orders submitted on our website with a valid email address will have shipments tracked by a unique tracking number emailed to you after shipping, to ensure prompt delivery and service.
NON-DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT
In the event of shipment non-delivery, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:
- If the shipment non-delivery is as a result of our error, we will gladly re-ship your order at no charge or issue a full refund back to you.
- If the shipment non-delivery is as a result of your error (e.g. incorrect address, recipient information etc. supplied by the customer), we can resolve the issue with the following 2 options:
- Process an address correction while the shipment is “in-transit,” such that it is delivered to the correct address/recipient at its final destination. A $5.00 fee per address correction will be assessed.
- If the shipment has already been delivered to the incorrect address/recipient, we can re-ship your order to the correct address/recipient, but we will re-charge the same order amount (product and shipping fees) to the original method of payment. We will then schedule a call-tag for the order from the wrong address/recipient, and issue a refund for the original order amount (product only) minus the shipping fee, upon receipt of the shipment back to us to the original method of payment.
