Traditionally, indigenous societies brew guayusa leaves much like tea, as it contains an intricate makeup of antioxidants, theobromine, L-theanine and caffeine, with its functional attributes providing a focused, cognitive energy while alleviating stress. Ingredients:

Organic guayusa, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic cardamom, organic black pepper, organic cloves and natural flavor.

Brewing:

1. Place 1 tea bag in mug.
2. Add boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes.
3. Make a pot at a time by adding multiple tea bags to your favorite tea pot – brew for the same time.
4. Remove and strain the tea bag.
