Davidson's organic black tea is sourced from family tea farms in the Darjeeling and Assam regions of India. During a recent visit, Davidson's co-owner, Kunall Patel, snapped this shot of pruned tea plants with freshly-sprouted buds.

Ingredients:

Organic black tea, natural flavor and organic dried strawberry powder.


Brewing:

---

1. Bring fresh water to a boil.
2. Add one brew bag to one quart of water in a heat-proof container.
3. Allow the brew bag to steep for 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove and strain the brew bag.
5. Allow infusion to cool to room temperature.
6. Serve over ice or chill in a refrigerator.
7. Note: Discard unused iced tea after 48 hours.

• 4 brew bags to 1 gallon of water (serves 16 people)
• Note: For each additional gallon, add another 4 brew bags.
