Oolong Teas

Falling midway in the oxidation process between a green and a black tea, oolongs possess a subtle, fresh flavor with greater body and strength than a green tea. Because they are oxidized longer than green teas, they contain a higher caffeine content and fuller flavor, and brew somewhat darker in the cup.
