Order Processing Policy
All orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Our normal order processing times are 24-72 hrs from receipt of order to shipping out. We are closed on weekends and most major holidays.
Upon processing of your order (which involves any timeline encompassing importing/data entry into our sales system, order picking/packing, shipment creation and shipment pickup by carrier), the status of the order will change from "processed" to "shipped". Please reference our Shipping Policy for shipping lead times thereafter.
