SPARKS, NV: Davidson’s Organic Tea collaborates and donates ten percent of all proceeds from its Children’s Tea to Marin, CA based Sustainable Sports Foundation. The Sustainable Sports Foundation addresses the need to promote local athletic events that encourage a healthy lifestyle and supports the values of sustainability and giving back to the community, raising more than $750,000 through events for charity partners. With Marin County’s connection to the natural landscape, Sustainable Sports Foundation fosters events that are scenic, spectator friendly, gentle on the environment and for the community. Sustainable Sports Foundation has implemented eco-initiatives to reduce the environmental impact for their events, such as using power generated by solar energy, portable toilets, reusable stainless steel water bottles, as well as recycled materials for race shirts and medals. Davidson’s Children’s Tea is organic certified and available in 3 different package formats: Box of 18 individually wrapped teabags, Box of 100 individually wrapped teabags and Box of 100 unwrapped filter teabags.
