Wholesale - Order Processing Policy
All orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Our normal order processing times are 1-10 business days from receipt of order to shipping out. We are closed on weekends and most major holidays.
Upon processing of your order (which involves any timeline encompassing importing/data entry into our sales system, order picking/packing, blending, manufacturing, shipment creation and shipment pickup by carrier), the status of the order will change from "processed" to "shipped". Please reference our Shipping Policy for shipping lead times thereafter.
Effective 11/01/25, loose leaf bulk teas will only be shipped in 16oz. SUP bags for orders up to 100lbs, and 100+ lbs will be bulk packed in large poly-lined corrugated cases.
Wholesale orders not shipped within 10 days from receipt date, will be communicated by the Wholesale Account Coordinator to the customer (with delay reasons such as out of stock, ingredient delay etc.) along with a reasonable estimated ship date or back-in-stock estimated date. We will do our best to recommend alternative flavors or package formats during this communication. Order revisions (additions/removals) processed before the order is completed will incur an administrative fee of $25.00 per order. If an order is revised or canceled after it is processed for any reason including but not limited to, nonpayment due to declined payment or a customer request to cancel/revise the order, a 10% restocking fee is assessed on total order value and is payable immediately. If we cannot charge the cancellation fee to the provided method of payment it will be added to your customer account and charged on your next order. It is in our best interest to support you and your needs for continued sales and customer service, so thank you for being patient with us in case of any unforeseen delays.
