Shipping Rates And Times

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or via USPS. You may select your preferred carrier during check out. In the case of shipping your order to a P.O. Box, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Mexico, we will only use USPS. We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible to ensure timely delivery. All shipping charges are invoiced at the time of shipment based on FedEx/USPS shipping rates. Web orders will NOT show shipping rates during checkout, merely a shipping option you select. Rates vary based on several factors such as number of shipping cases, cubic size of shipping cases, dimensional weight of shipping cases, residential/commercial zip code and fuel prices, amongst other factors. Your actual shipping cost will be charged/invoiced at the time of the shipment of your order. Shipping cost generally does not include the following accessorial services (including but not limited to): lift-gate, limited access, residential delivery, appointment request, or inside delivery. Fees for these services will be charged to the customer separately. If you require us to call/email you prior to shipment with actual shipping cost, please enter your request in the NOTES/COMMENTS box during checkout.

Free Shipping may deliver via parcel delivery truck or LTL truck, at Davidson's discretion. Certain exclusions apply. This special is excluded for customers with special pricing and discounts, or for promotional emails containing discounts, or for orders shipping outside the Contiguous US (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico to name a few). Free shipping does not include the following accessorial services (including but not limited to): lift-gate, limited access, residential delivery, appointment request, or inside delivery. Fees for these services will be charged to the customer.

International Orders

For orders shipping outside of the North American continent (e.g. Europe, Africa and Asia), please call us to submit your order verbally and to authenticate your recipient information and payment details. We ship all international orders by USPS International Priority Mail, insure them and charge USPS International Priority Mailing rates.

In a Hurry?

We highly recommend NOT using expedited shipping methods due to costs, unless it is necessary. For expedited shipping rate quotes, please contact us by phone during normal business hours. See below for expedited shipping options:
  • Overnight Delivery (Next Business Day 5pm)
  • Second Day Delivery (2 Business Days 5pm)
  • Sunday Delivery (Service is NOT available)
  • National Holiday (Service is NOT available)

Shipment Location and Delivery Timeframe

We ship from Sparks, Nevada, via both FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times will vary from 1-10 working days, depending on where you live and the time of the year. Processing and shipping times may slow a little during peak seasons. All shipments are tracked by a unique tracking number to ensure prompt delivery and service.

In-Person Pick Up

We allow local customers to pick up their wholesale orders 24-72 hrs after submitting their order. Customers will be notified when order is ready for pick up. Local pick up orders will be held for 5 business days from notification date. Incase of no show/no pick up, order will be cancelled and returned back to inventory along with a restocking fee of 10% of order value. Our pick up hours are 8am to 2pm PST Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and most major holidays. There is no cost for this pick up service and we also offer free shipping to all local Reno/Sparks/Truckee/Carson City customers.
