Rare White Teas

Utilizing only the unopened buds and two top leaves of the plant, white teas get their characteristic color from the delicate silvery "down" that forms on the bud and leaves. White tea undergoes less processing than green tea, contains less caffeine and is thought to have abundant antioxidants.
