Yerba Mate Blends

This South American herb is known for its potent caffeine content and presumed health benefits, due to its abundant antioxidant properties. Yerba maté is an excellent coffee substitute. Traditionally, South American indigenous peoples drink the herb out of a gourd in the early mornings, passing it around the fire while trading stories as they prepare themselves for the day ahead.
