Cacao Bliss is made up of rich, organic cacao shells, the outer part of the cacao bean. This is a low caffeine blend since chocolate and cacao alike contain very minor natural stimulants like theobromine.

Recently, cacao shells have been found to make a great cup of tea thanks to its delicious taste and presumed health benefits. Cacao shells are packed with antioxidants, amino acids, magnesium, iron, and zinc.

Brewing:
- Bring fresh water to a boil.
- Add one tea bag to one 8oz cup of hot water.
- Allow the tea bag too steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove and strain the tea bag.
