Davidson's sources its organic cacao from Dominican Republic, Ghana, Peru and Ecuador. Here's a ripening yellow cocoa pod growing directly from a tree branch.
Ingredients:
Organic cocoa, organic sugar, natural flavor, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg and organic cloves.
Brewing:
- In a saucepan, add 3 Tbsp of Holiday Cocoa to 8 fl. oz of milk (or a dairy alternative).
- While the milk is still cold, stir the cocoa to make a thin paste.
- Heat the cocoa mixture to just under boiling.
- Pour the hot mixture into a mug, stirring thoroughly until fully blended.
- Add some whipped cream or marshmallows and enjoy!
