South African Rooibos is a red tea that is harvested from high-grown shrubs in the Cape Province of South Africa. The herb is naturally caffeine-free, and is thought to have an abundance of antioxidants and minerals. Rooibos is also considered the "sister" to honeybush.

Davidson's sources its organic rooibos from South Africa. During a recent trip to visit our rooibos farmer, Davidson's co-owner, Kunall Patel, had the opportunity to experience each phase in the rooibos production process. Here he is assisting the small farmers in packing the rooibos in sacks.
Ingredients:
Organic South African rooibos.
Brewing:
- Bring fresh water to a boil.
- Add one tea bag to one 8oz cup of hot water.
- Allow the tea bag to steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove and strain the tea bag.
- Sip and enjoy Davidson’s organic tea.
