Davidson's co-owner, Kunall Patel, makes a point to visit our Chinese small farmers often in order to understand their cultivation practices. During a recent visit, Kunall captured this early morning moment as the mist lay over the tea plants like a blanket.
Ingredients:
Organic oolong tea, organic green tea and organic jasmine tea.
Brewing:
- Heat fresh, filtered water just short of the boiling point.
- Add 2 grams of tea to a infuser, or straight into an 8-oz. mug.
- Pour the heated water into the mug.
- Steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser.
- Sip and enjoy Davidson’s organic tea.
